Muay Thai Kickboxing & Boxing



Kickboxing fundamental classes incorporates the sweet science of boxing with Muay Thai's art of the 8 limbs. Fighting techniques will focus on strikes with hands, elbows, feet, shins, and knees. This non-contact class is NOT cardio kickboxing. You will be taught proper form and will develop your skills while burning between 800 and 1200 calories an hour. This is the perfect class to lose weight, gain strength, reduce stress, improve your flexibility, and grow your confidence while learning how to effectively defend yourself. Fundamentals class is ideal for beginners to advanced students.


Level 2 kickboxing builds off the Fundamentals curriculum. This class teaches how to effectively use the combinations, footwork, timing, and experience cultivated in the prerequisite class. Level 2 classes are broken into multiple levels so that students are set up for success and always progressing. Like its precursor, this kickboxing class increases your stamina, strength, and endurance, as well as elevates your striking skills to the next level.  Additional equipment, such as a mouth piece, groin protector and shin guards, are required for this class. Students are welcomed into this class after they have established a solid foundation.
